In real life I don’t even look anything like the photo on my passport. I changed my hair color and the length of my hair. My drivers license and passport didn’t even look like they were the same person.

You should check with them about it. It’s amazing to find out how many women in this organization have been kept in the dark about this matter. And, if they do bring up questions they are basically told by leaders in their chapters and at the state level that they can’t talk about it. Therefore members are choosing not to renew their membership.
