Just purchased a freezer from @curryspcworld, energy rating A+, only to find out that when opening it up there’s another energy rating sticking rating it an F from March 1st. Would’ve expected to have been told about the changes coming in at time of purchase.

@AmazonHelp Yep that’s great, but this is where I’m going round in circles as I’ve updated the delivery instructions on Wednesday and it said it will be delivered tomorrow (Thursday) but didn’t show up. Can’t seem to do anything else on the app to sort this out.
