This new discipline procedure seems ridiculous for volunteers. You have to put a claim in for an incorrect card before you even know what's going in. Anyone explain? And 48 hours to claim then nothing can be done. Volunteers!!

Hey Grassroots as a grassroots volunteer it’s common to be criticised for anything and everything like selection, coaching, kits, length of grass, where the subs go (£15), our facilities, we won but didn’t win right, lost but it was my fault on selection, not cancelling games when weather is bad, Cancelling games when weather is bad but later turned out ok, being reminded that all coaches are better then me, all other clubs are better than ours, and so much more.

I just have one question, in what other walk of life do volunteers do so much and face such criticism?
