Why can't Discord tell me how my comment violates their "Hateful conduct" rule? If I am to follow your rules, I need to know how my comment broke said rule.

@discord_support @vigilantebras I have been a Discord user since 2016 and have not once had any violations on my account. I have spent years building a reputation of respect and kindness. People should not have this kind of power over long standing reputable accounts.

The message in question in no way violates any rule nor was it directed at anyone other than myself. I don't want it to tarnish my clean record and I would like access back.

I have sent an appeal but I fear it's going to be looked at by the same bots that decided it was in violation. I don't want this to be on my record when it was false.

@TwikTV People in this game are rude about everything. I did a +3 on my Evoker just to try to get some experience trying out aug. We more than timed it and this one guy said I sucked and didn’t use a single aug buff during the whole run which was a blatant lie.
