@FurlencoSupport After 4 months of repeated issues, I raised a return request. Subscription ended on 8 Jul, but pickup was repeatedly delayed. Now I received an email saying I cancelled the return, which I never did. Ticket: 784352807496. Pickup ASAP. No charges beyond 8 Jul.

@JioCare I was misinformed by the installation person that billing starts from the installation date. I thought I paid till 10th July, but got billed from 16th Jun–15th Jul. Either correct the bill from 10th July till 15th July or I am not going to pay the bill.
