RPF has detained 57 illegal Bangladeshis during a raid at Kamakhya railway station in Assam.
The group was intercepted aboard the Brahmaputra Mail and is suspected to have travelled from J&K.
Recently, 150 illegal Bangladeshis were airlifted from J&K by an Indian Air Force plane for deportation.
Now, it seems that other illegal Bangladeshi immigrants may be moving to different states.
Nana Patekar was never just an actor.
Before many of us knew him for his powerful dialogues and unforgettable characters, there was another side to his life that deserves to be remembered.
His connection with the Indian Army was not just for a film. While preparing for Prahaar, he trained with the Maratha Light Infantry for 3 years. And when the Kargil War happened in 1999, he put his acting career aside and went to be with the soldiers at the front.
But his story did not stop there.
In 2015, when Maharashtra was going through a severe farmer crisis, something he saw on television deeply affected him. He had saved money to buy a luxury car, but instead decided to use that money to help farmers. His Naam Foundation has benefited more than 77 lakh farmers.
That is what makes Nana Patekar's life so much bigger than cinema.
He acted on screen, served alongside soldiers, stood with farmers and used his fame to bring attention to people who were often forgotten.
And that is the legacy worth remembering.
Thank you Nana Ji. Om Shanti.
31 illegal Bangladeshis detained by 10 different police stations in Bengaluru, Karnataka, were sent to Malda in West Bengal, for deportation to Bangladesh.
Every state in India must come together under a unified national strategy to safeguard national security.
The strategy should be simple and uncompromising: Detect, Detain, and Deport illegal immigrants.
Dear Govt,
Men are also citizens of this country, and their issues deserve equal attention. Kindly make some efforts to establish a National Commission for Men as well.
Trinidad: another Mandir attack
In April last year, the Bharatiya Vidya Abhyas Mandali temple in Curepe was vandalized, with 25 murtis smashed, including those of Lord Shiva and Hanuman. Devotees arrived for morning prayers only to find their sacred space desecrated.
This isn’t an isolated incident—it’s part of a troubling pattern. Hinduphobic attacks on places of worship are increasing, yet they receive little global attention.
When will authorities take these hate crimes seriously?
Silence only emboldens the perpetrators.
It’s time for governments worldwide to recognize and act against this growing threat.

Some so-called experts were confidently claiming that after Dhurandhar, Aditya Dhar would be isolated. They said he would be ignored, sidelined, and not given space in film festivals or on platforms as the movie is propaganda.
But reality tells a very different story.
The recent International Film Festival Delhi (IFFD) chose to screen Dhurandhar and gave it a proper platform. That alone breaks the entire narrative that was being pushed. Kapil Mishra backed the right voices at the right time.
No matter how much you try to isolate someone, real talent doesn’t shrink… it only gets louder.
His name was Satyendra Dubey.
He topped Bihar in Class 10 and Class 12 board exams.
He cleared JEE and went to IIT Kanpur.
He joined the Indian Engineering Service.
In 2002 he was posted as Project Director at the National Highways Authority of India in Jharkhand.
His job was to oversee the Golden Quadrilateral highway project.
India’s biggest infrastructure project at the time.
What he found was shocking.
Substandard materials. Inflated bills. Contractors looting public money.
He wrote a letter to the Prime Minister’s Office exposing everything.
He asked for one thing. That his identity be kept secret.
The PMO leaked his name.
On November 27 2003 he was shot dead in Gaya Bihar.
He was 27 years old.
Two years later India passed the Right to Information Act.
Ten years later India passed the Whistleblowers Protection Act.
Both laws exist because of Satyendra Dubey.
He never got to see either of them.
Today is Maha Vijay Diwas.
On this day 820 years ago, led by Maharaja Prithu, Assam resisted the advance of Bakhtiyar Khilji and decimated him.
This wasn’t just a military triumph. It preserved the identity of Kamarupa and safeguarded Assam’s civilizational heritage.
I was watching Dhruv Rathee's latest video while having dinner, and honestly, I was laughing throughout. He kept quoting what seemed like factually incorrect claims, apparently picked up from different social media platforms.
But there was one moment where things suddenly changed, and it genuinely made me think.
Throughout the video, while referring to Aditya Dhar and Narendra Modi, he used words like "uska" and "tu," which come across as casual or even disrespectful.
However, the moment he started talking about Atiq Ahmed and his brother, who were killed in an encounter, his tone shifted noticeably, and he began using words like "unke" and "unke liye," as if showing a certain level of respect.
Now, I understand that he may have strong disagreements with Dhar and Modi, but imagine showing more respect to a criminal who himself admitted to having links with the ISI.
At this point, it honestly feels like Dhruv Rathee isn't even trying to hide it anymore.

🚨 DISGRACEFUL!
Our Indian Army jawan pleads "Aise dhakka mat do" while being pushed & manhandled by Kuki mob.
Our jawans deserve RESPECT, not this humiliation!
If this doesn't boil your blood, check your pulse.
@AmitShah@adgpi ACTION NOW🔥
Rahim Sheikh along with his group attacked a retired soldier in Beed, Maharashtra.
They poured boiling tea on his body and threatened to kill him.
Victim in critical condition with severe burns.
His wife is now pleading for justice.
He is Harinder Sikka, Ex Indian Navy officer and author. It took him 8 years to write the book 'Calling Sehmat'. When the film Raazi, based on his book, was released, he could not believe what he saw.
He said he was deeply pained because his story had been distorted and Indian intelligence agencies were portrayed in a weak light in the film.
The kind of support Dhurandhar 2 has received from Telugu actors and the Tollywood film industry is honestly more than what it has received from Bollywood itself.
When it comes to themes like patriotism or cultural storytelling, Telugu actors tend to be unapologetic. They support what they believe in without overthinking backlash or trying to please everyone.
They are fully aware of the controversy around Dhurandhar 1 and how it was targeted by a certain ecosystem just months ago. Yet, knowing the same could happen again with Dhurandhar 2, they chose to stand by the film, its content and its effort.
And when it mattered, one industry chose courage, while the other chose comfort.
In last 7 days:
A) 1200 kg adulterated paneer seized and destroyed in Ghaziabad.
B) 4,000 kg of adulterated ginger and garlic paste seized in Hyderabad.
C) At least 4 people died due to milk adulteration in Rajahmundry. The accused Addala Ganeswara Rao arrested.
D) 14,000 litres of adulterated oil, 1,320 kg of rotten dates and fake ghee seized in Kanpur.
E) 1 quintal and 12 kg of expired Son Papdi and Rajbhog seized from a Haldiram storage in Lucknow.
F) 60 kg of contaminated khoya and 250 litres of milk seized in Barabanki.
We are consuming slow poison every single day. This will not stop until India imposes the death penalty on mafias involved in food adulteration and fake medicines. This is organized crime, not a violation. It is profit built on human suffering.
On this day in 2002, 59 Hindu pilgrims including 10 children & 27 women were burnt alive in train by radical mob in Godhra.
How international media tried to whitewash the attack:
1) BBC: The train fire was 'not mob attack'.
2) Al Jazeera: it was just a fire incident.
Fact: 31 Islamists convicted for attacking & burning the train.
A Hindu woman played Durga ji’s song in a reliance store in Banswada, Telagana.
A Muslim employee got rattled because Ramadan is going on.
And this turned into 500 Muslims gathering and attacking Hindus and their homes.
Absolutely berserk to think that 500 of them can gather in just moments to attack on Hindus.
When violence or some crime occurs during a Hindu festival, sweeping generalisations are quickly made about the entire community and festival. But when violence erupts during Ramadan by Muslims, there is hesitation to even acknowledge the broader context.
