Ordered pizza from oven story , It was delivered cold and it was undercooked,not baked properly at all.Outlet is not providing resolution. I paid Rs 434 for this and had pathetic experience.

Ordered from Zomato,it came from a different outlet that too stale items,noodles was not fresh at all and paneer used was old, it was very hard to chew. ZOMATO SUPPORT TEAM started taking side of the outlet. Pls provide full refund

Now Swiggy is not responding and I have mailed them also with proper evidence , yesterday Swiggy told me that we can't refund the amount. What is this ?. First outlet is serving something else , despite evidences they are not refunding the amount

This happened with 2nd time in the span of 3 days ,now please,take necessary action and provide me a proper resolution for the same .
Hot and Crispy is leg peice and they are giving something else. Check the images.
