Going to school should not be scary. Being in school should not be scary. No wonder so many kids cannot concentrate. We need to focus on making school feel safe -- regardless of where you live.

@Beaches0411 Me too. I had a fair number of people I talked with who just didn’t seem to see me anymore, so oh well. I think a lot of them left but I also think sometimes things simply don’t get seen by anybody.

@senordineroman I think that’s a great idea. In my experience the last couple periods of the day are usually the squirrelliest, an hour or two after lunch, especially if kids have not had enough exercise
