We just shipped BrokerStaffer's entire ops backend. Seven systems, one behind the other.
They recruit real estate agents at national scale. The same agent shows up in three systems, spelled three ways, with three different sales figures.
Collect all three and you get three records for one person. Pick one and throw the rest away and you lose numbers you paid for.
The whole product depends on solving that. No amount of careful spreadsheet work solves it at 2.5 million rows.
Here's what we built at OpsLabs:
- Agent database: 2.5M records, 70 fields per agent, Additive writes only, Never overwrites, Never deletes
- Collection engine: Three sources merged into one schema on the way in, Rolling 15-day refresh keeps every row current
- Client onboarding: Nine stages, Only four human actions in the entire flow
- Campaign analytics: Twelve sync jobs, cursor-based, no webhooks, 214.6K sent, 82.1K prospects, 2.9K replies tracked across two sending platforms.
- MasterInbox: 8,030 replies categorised on the way in by workspace-configured AI, Reply Agents pre-load drafts in the composer, Fifty replies triaged in half an hour.
- Client portals: The link is the credential, No signup, No password, No support ticket
- Health dashboard: Four sources rolled up into one weekly number per client, Every figure traces back to who said it.
Their whole system runs on one line:
"One record per agent, whatever the source."
The stack:
- Next.js 16, React 19, Tailwind 4, shadcn/ui. TanStack Query and Zustand on top.
- Supabase Postgres with Row-Level Security scoped per workspace, plus pgcrypto encrypting every stored API key. Isolation is structural, not careful.
- Supabase Realtime pushes new replies live to the inbox. No polling on that path.
- Webhook-based ingestion from EmailBison and Instantly, signature-verified before parsing.
- AI Labeling + Reply Agents configurable per workspace across OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, or self-hosted vLLM. Reply Agents run Human-in-the-Loop by default. Auto is reserved for low-risk sends only.
- Cursor-based polling for campaign analytics instead of webhooks. A missed poll is fetched again. A missed webhook is gone forever.
- Typeform, Calendly, Gmail, Slack, Stripe wired into the onboarding orchestrator. Every step duplicate-guarded, every failed send retried on a 10-minute timer.
- TypeScript throughout. Idempotent everywhere. Additive writes only.
That's not an automation retainer.
That's infrastructure.

I graduated from university with a degree in Business in 2024.
Two years later I run OpsLabs with 10+ people, 50+ clients, and a global clientbase.
Here's the timeline nobody sees:
2021: Graduated high school. COVID.
2021: Started a business degree. Half of it was on Zoom. All of it felt useless.
2023: A friend needed an intern at his web dev agency. Hired me for SMMA. Hired my brother for cold email. First real look at how an agency actually gets built. First real look at running a business internationally.
2024: My brother and I turned down every corporate route and launched Outreachify. A cold email agency.
End of 2024: Outreachify at ~$20K MRR. And we started seeing the same gap in every cold email agency we met. Drowning in manual ops. So we tried our hands at Airtable and https://t.co/AD3asEdamc. First for us. Then for our first few clients.
Early 2025: No-code hit its ceiling. We branched out into fully custom, hard-coded systems built for the way each agency actually runs.
Mid-2025: Rebranded that work as OpsLabs. Not automation. Infrastructure.
End of 2025: OpsLabs also at $20K MRR. 30+ clients shipped.
Today: Ecom, SaaS, Marketing, Recruiting, Web dev, Cold email, Meta ads. Every industry that runs on operations.
No investors. No accelerator. No plan B.
Three things I've learned:
- You don't need a corporate job to start. You need a platform.
- When people see the hunger, they offer you the platform. When clients see the hunger, they pay you.
- The best businesses aren't ideas. They're things you were already annoyed by, built for people who were also annoyed by them.
If you're in year one and second-guessing everything, this is your sign to keep going.
Year one is supposed to look ridiculous.

I remember for the longest time Opslabs did not have a pitch deck.
Then for a very long time I was conflicted as to how the document should look, how should it place the business and out of the 500+ custom systems we've delivered across 50+ clients, how do I categorise them.
I wanted to add everything, every testimonial, every case study, but that would've resulted in a 300 page document.
Here's what we cooked:
1. Identify the biggest pain point we solve: Coming in as operation partners help save your business time and improve margins without increasing headcount.
2. Compare with alternate options: Be it by hiring someone with a tech background for $5-10k/month and training him for 2 months before he gives results, or trying another route. This comparison is hella important.
3. Divide into main categories: I divided all systems into subheads:

How we built a cold email agency an automated inbox placement testing system that runs across every sender account without a human touching it.
Why you need this:
In cold email, one burned inbox lands you in spam. Five burned inboxes tank a client campaign. Nobody notices until reply rates crater and the CSM is on the phone explaining.
The old fix is running Emailguard placement tests by hand across every sender inbox. It works. It takes 4+ hours a day. And nobody actually does it consistently.
The setup: Cold email deliverability isn't a marketing metric. It's an infrastructure metric.
Every sender inbox behaves differently. Some land in the Gmail promotions tab. Some hit Microsoft spam. Some bounce silently. Without testing, you're sending from senders that haven't hit an inbox in two weeks and you don't know.
Do that across 500 inboxes and 20 clients and you need a system.
We built two coordinated n8n workflows that run the entire placement test lifecycle automatically.
Here's what it does:
- Airtable triggers a bulk test via webhook for every sender across a client
- Loops through each sender with a 2-second rate limit that protects the APIs
- Creates a placement test in Emailguard for each inbox (4 Google + 4 Microsoft addresses)
- Sends the test through the Bison API with a unique filter phrase to track it
- Waits 2 minutes for delivery and provider categorization
- Retrieves results and calculates: Google inbox/spam/bounce, Microsoft inbox/spam/bounce
- Computes the overall placement score: (Total Inbox / Total Delivered) × 100
- Writes every metric back to Airtable, per sender, per test
The outcomes:
Zero manual placement testing.
Zero burned inboxes silently sending to spam.
Zero clients getting a surprise deliverability drop mid-campaign.
Every sender scored.
Every test tracked.
Every drop caught before it costs a client.
The best cold email agencies aren't the ones with the biggest inbox lists. They're the ones who know exactly which inbox is worth sending from today.
