@InstacartHelp I need your HELP! I was supposed to recieve my order since 3:30 and I am still waiting. The app keeps updating with a later and later delivery time. My driver said he was waiting for over 30 minutes (he wasnt) and then the chat disabled and I can't respond. #help

@loveandhiphop If you are going to have the CHILD in the house with you, you should AT LEAST have a cordial relationship with the mother, PERIOD! If something happens to the child, and Joc isn't there, you will need to communicate with the mother. Don't wait for bad situations. Mutual respect!

Please do not start the New Year eith this again. My delivery instructions EXPLICITLY state to deliver to my front door and it was delivered to the lobby as evidenced by the picture, but marked by the driver as delivered to "front door or porch". ☹️

I received this email today. What does it mean? I already called Amazon CS and was told it is not linked to any specific order. I could not get details for what the specific difficulty the driver had. How am I supposed to rectify the situation?

@amazon @AmazonHelp So Amazon has done it again! Ordered an item I need for work and it was supposed to be delivered on March 1st. It wasn’t delivered and air was told by CS if it doesn’t arrive by today at 7pm, I would get a replacement/refund. Well it didn’t arrive….

@amazon @AmazonHelp So I am missing a package. It says it was delivered to the "mailroom". As I have explained to Amazon NUMEROUS TIMES, my building has no mailroom! Please deliver to my door. Now I see other packages and not mine! This is ridiculous. Deliver to my door!

@SweetSyreeta @AmazonHelp Smdh, it is so easy to follow instructions. I got the same ‘risk of loss” response for a previous order as well which is ridiculous
