@MinuteofZombie After 8 years living here I can say it is a complicated subject. Many post soviet era people lean more toward unification, while many in the older generations (and Transnistrians). In my opinion while the current trajectory (politically and socially) favors it over time...

@MinuteofZombie identity (rightly so) that I respect. I lived in Romania for 4 months and visit there occasionally, and I prefer Moldova. So if they can somehow keep their identity amid unification that would be a good thing.
I will start inquiring more on this subject here locally.
