We have a problem in Europe.

The government and people of Germany have been extraordinarily generous & kind to Afghan immigrants over the decades. Very unfortunately, some terrorists have abused the immigration system and exploited loopholes for their satanic aims. The recent terrorist attack on February 13, 2025, in Munich, Germany, where a car was deliberately rammed into a crowd of civilians at a union workers' rally, is nothing but a barbaric terrorist act, the perpetrators of which should receive the most severe punishment. We extend our support to the German justice system in regards to the punishment of terrorists and their instigators. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families.

There might be multiple factors contributing to the rise of terror acts in Europe, but one undeniable factor is the return of the Taliban to power. The flow of tens of millions of dollars to the Taliban terrorist group under the guise of humanitarian assistance has created a wrong impression, magnified terrorism, and blurred the lines between good and bad. Please remember that the German embassy in Kabul was bombed on May 31, 2017, by the Haqqani network, killing over 150 people and injuring more than 400, and the mastermind of that attack was one of the 5,000 prisoners released per the Doha deal.

From 2001 to 2021, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was a credible and legitimate ally in the war against terrorism. The shameful Doha Agreement was more akin to a NATO-backed coup d'état, which brought the Taliban back to power.

In these moments of stress, we convey our solidarity with the German people and call upon the government of Germany to review its policies towards Afghanistan. It is time for European states, in general, to review their policies and establish ties with the legitimate and rightful anti-Taliban forces. The single-person terrorist cells that operate in Europe, inspired by the Taliban, must be suppressed and eliminated. To achieve this, support should be given for the return of a constitutional system in Afghanistan, which can partner with you in peace, security, development, and create circumstances to mitigate the risks of the ongoing mass migration.

قبل از اینکه جناب الحاج عبدالرشید دو��تم رهبر جنبش ملی اسلامی افغانستان رتبه مارشالی بگیرند، چندین نشست مفید و تاریخی داشتیم. باری از ایشان پرسیدم که بزرگترین دستاورد زندگی‌تان کدام است. پس از مکثی گفت: "من مردمم را از حاشیه و گوشه به متن سیاست و قدرت آوردم و برایشان حس افتخار تازه‌ای ایجاد کردم. آنها به خود اعتماد پیدا کردند. مردم بار دیگر متوجه شدند که حرف از قرن‌های گذشته کافی نیست و دردی را دوا نمی‌کند، باید دست به کار شوند که شدند. وقتی یک ریش‌سفید و سرسفید قوم با دیدن من اشک خوشی و هیجان به چشمانش می‌آید و مرا مانند فرزند خود در آغوش می‌گیرد، بسیار معنا دارد. معنایش این است که مردم به من می‌گویند - آن تلخی‌ها دیگر هرگز نباید ادامه یابد. این بزرگترین دستاورد من است. مردم حالا نه تنها از افتخارات تاریخی خود آگاهند بلکه اراده دارند که هرگز پامال نشوند. این خفتگی در بین قوم را من از بین بردم. این دس��اورد من است."
