Feeling like you need a change in your lifestyle? Not where you wanted to be when you originally set your new year goals? Don’t worry, we understand.
Today it’s time to refresh those goals!
Not only will it be good for your health, but in becoming a Summit Challenger, you’re also becoming a part of a community that’s determined to provide cancer patients and their families the resources and care that they need to accomplish their goal: being cancer free.
There’s always a special bond between siblings unlike anything else - whether you like it or not, by growing up together you’re each other’s best friends and at times, worst enemies. From a young age, you’re doing absolutely anything and everything together.
On National Siblings Day, we’re encouraging you to celebrate that bond you have with your sibling or siblings by signing up for this year’s Summit Challenge. What better team is there to create than one you’ve been in your whole life?
Wishing our entire community a happy, healthy Easter Weekend surrounded by their loved ones.
What are your plans for the special day? Share with us your celebrations by tagging us in your story. #SHCares#SHChallengers#easter

Melissa Woodhouse, Senior VP of Human Resources at Summit Health, and her family had their lives flipped upside down when her uncle was diagnosed with stage four colon cancer two years ago.
That was her first time feeling the true gravity of the vital impact that these funds raised from the Summit Challenge can do to cancer patients and their families.
What are you waiting for? Join her team and the rest of the community on October 15th and choose to push yourself just as Sheena did. #SHChallengers#NationalDoctorsDay

It's National Doctor's Day and we cannot thank our doctors enough for their dedication and commitment to putting our patients and the rest of the community first time and again.
With her work friends by her side, she pushed herself outside of her comfort zone and together, they were able to cross the finish line and raise over 8 thousand dollars for cancer patients and their families, a cause that's very close to her heart.
