Spent an hour on hold to you this evening, after spending a lot of time with the online chat earlier today too. Finally got through to someone and they put me on hold to "look into it for me" AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME! With an automated "Thank you for calling, Goodbye!"

@HMRCcustomers It was the Income Tax Line. Unfortunately I dont need any general information. I just want my issue resolved. I wouldnt mind so much if I hadnt spent an hour waiting to talk to someone, then actually getting through, and THEN being hung up on!

@DisneyDLV Didnt fix the glitch that means when I craft the "dig" potion for the star path, it doesnt trigger. Meaning I cant claim my tokens, meaning I cant collect my last 180 moonstones and thus complete the star path. Sent 3 tickets and no help what so ever!
