@lufthansa worst customer service ever - outsourced to India - poor language / poor line connection / poor understanding of process. Absolutely awful - whoever made the decision to outsource should be fired
@TaylorWimpey don’t use this company if you can help it - totally incompetent. I have been trying to buy a resale flat from them but 4 months on their legal team are still unable to answer basic questions. Totally useless team
