@amitguptaHR @OfficialNBCC @ACPBuyers This has been very complicated but the way the apex body n the ACP HBs Team worked upon it step by step is exemplary. No words to express thanks but wishes to all who have contributed to this lifetime event of many who have lost all hopes.

A big positive event of the case

#SC historic judgment on #AmrapaliGroup project was one of its kind. Now CR has planned "first flat possession ceremony on "धनतेरस" for 150 flats completed by @OfficialNBCC at @ACPBuyers site. Such a pleasure to HBs who dreamed of flats a decade back
Congrats to #ACPBuyers

CMD Anil Sharma of #AmrapaliGroup says if his application is not allowed it would result in miscarriage of Justice.

I’m asked to present my version on this. I ask all #AmrapaliFlatBuyers to shared their views. Will try to put your voice in Hon’ble Supreme Court

[Amit Gupta 🇮🇳 @amitguptaHR]

Today was my 97th hearing in Hon’ble SC in #Amrapali matter.

It was a moment to remember when Justice Lalit gave Thanks Giving to Justice Mishra stating “had he not been strong in his willpower & his vision for Buyers, case would have not been at this position.

Thank you JM 🙏

[Amit Gupta 🇮🇳 @amitguptaHR]

Exactly an year back when i addressed #AmrapaliFlatBuyers, i made them believe to get homes. Now, as we walk towards a phase where buyers are witnessing hope for homes; it won’t be prudent on our part not to say #ThankYouNBCC @OfficialNBCC
Thank You #SupremeCourt @MlLahoty

[Animeshshiv @SManu41]

@ACPBuyers Congratulations 👏 everyone and special thanks to @amitguptaHR .

Please everyone be united and have a positive attitude towards your own home.

[Amit Gupta 🇮🇳 @amitguptaHR]

Good Day Hon @FinMinIndia Smt @nsitharaman Ji.
SWAMIH scheme is for whole project & not phases of project. In Amrapali case, SBICap is diving the whole project into phases and calling it "projects". Dividing the phases of a project will jeopardize the rights of other phase buyers

Good Morning Hon’ble Minister @HardeepSPuri. You have always heard us, helped & navigated us. Please direct SBI Cap to add Terrace Homes in their final list of #AmrapaliStressFunding.

Terrace Homes can’t be separated as per NBCC & tenders are also opened.

[Amit Gupta 🇮🇳 @amitguptaHR]

On the first place such issues shouldn’t have taken place as Hon SC had appointed #NBCC for construction. I request SBI Cap Ventures not to further delay #StressFunding. Please finalise the project funding as per NBCC tenders, being in advanced stages. #AmrapaliFlatBuyers

[Amit Gupta 🇮🇳 @amitguptaHR]

@OfficialNBCC Every genuine #SaveJPWishtown buyers trust NBCC and we hope to get our homes as per the resolution.

I hope thru this report, administration takes a serious view of parents. States/UTs are talking to proxies parents unions & recommending opening of schools. Schools will become #COVID19 carriers if they are opened with our vaccine in place. @DrRPNishank @Milan_reports
