Let’s talk Colorado fees and taxes. For a $50k new vehicle, your Specific Ownership Tax is $892.50 (50,000 × 85% × 2.1%). That’s BEFORE your ordinary registration fees and surcharges. This is just one example of how much Coloradans are being beat to death by taxes and fees.
Now Dems want to keep your TABOR refunds this fall via Prop NN. Let’s review some more numbers of how much their revenue has increased over the years…. Revenue generated by Colorado fee-based enterprises grew from $742 million in FY1994 to $25.8 BILLION in 2024. It’s also estimated that 74% of state spending was TABOR-exempt in 2024, compared with 46% in 1996.
Share this out and vote NO on Prop NN this fall. They don’t have a revenue problem, they have a spending problem.
communities regulated by people who rarely visit them and never live with the consequences.
That is what I call managed decline. It is not an accident. It is the predictable result of policies that place ideological goals above affordable energy, productive industry, private property, constitutional rights, and the survival of rural communities.
Phil Weiser represents a continuation of that agenda. I believe he would accelerate it as governor. That is why the image portrayed him as dangerous.
Not because he is Jewish.
Not because of his ancestry.
Not because of his religion.
Because of his politics.
Jewish politicians are subject to the same fierce political criticism as Christian politicians, Muslim politicians, atheist politicians, and everyone else seeking public power. Phil Weiser does not receive immunity from political satire because of a personal fact I did not even know. I will not apologize for opposing him. I will not apologize for portraying his agenda as dangerous. And I will not accept an accusation of antisemitism manufactured by someone who introduced religion into an image that had nothing to do with religion.
You asked for my response. You now have it. If you report that I knowingly employed an antisemitic image, you will be reporting something false. If you omit the fact that I did not know Weiser was Jewish, you will be withholding the single most important fact from your audience. If you reduce this entire response to a carefully selected sentence designed to preserve your original narrative, you will prove my point about biased journalism better than I ever could.
Use my response in full and let Coloradans decide for themselves.

@Hickenlooper You worked like hell to secure it for the Democrats to win you mean. We were a red than a purple state and now we’ve been blue ever since Mail started. And you sucked as governor the same way you suck as a senator why don’t you retire?.
