@Ocado I appreciate and am happy that you are reducing plastic, but you can’t just cram more food into the carrier bags. We’ve had damaged item most weeks recently, like fruit and fresh items.
@Ocado Hello, we’ve mentioned this a few times but is there a reason why you now pack shopping in so few carrier bags? Our order always used to come in 10 bags and now it comes in 6, and the order is the same. Every week items are crushed and damaged due to cramming things in.

I’ve ordered from Amazon for years but this was my first Amazon Haul order. Sadly I don’t think it works so I won’t be ordering Haul again. My order had lots of items in and never arrived and the support is poor.
Wow @AmazonHelp@AmazonUK, the new Amazon Haul is absolutely awful and a complete disgrace. I’d advise anybody reading this message NOT to order from this service. Avoid like the plague. The service itself and then the customer service on this is truly awful. Avoid.
@AsdaServiceTeam Your valentines meal offer is good on face of it but when you say 4 items are unavailable (so won’t be delivered) & the other 2 are substituted, that’s very disappointing. If you are going to run offers you need to honour them. Zero of items selected available.
@hm_custserv How do I get this to work please? Two of us have this banner showing on our accounts but it doesn’t work. There is no discount to add at checkout like it says. It says T&C’s apply but there is nowhere to read them.
