On 07/04 we ordered a replacement for every kitchen appliance direct from @SamsungUS - 2 wks ago all appliances were finally "on truck" for delivery. 30 min before expiration of delivery window it was canceled due to "missing power cord." ??? Now all appliance are lost. LOST!

Their outsourced delivery service couldn't give us any information so we escalated to Samsung - who also hasn't given us any info other than they have no idea where our appliances are. We should've bought a toaster oven & gone to Europe on vacation instead.

And the 72 hour window - 72 HOUR WINDOW!! - they requested to follow up has also now expired. No resolution. 4 Appliances no longer in their system. They went on the truck. Didn't come to us. Never got scanned back in at the warehouse. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
