2. How can I fill that hole?

I like to highlight and touch books, but fiction is a one and done for me so why have the physical copy and take time to sit down when I can listen while cleaning?

Dare I even admit I miss paragraphs from some people. 🥹 You can barely write a full sentence without being told you have to shorten it “for reach”. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I miss intelligence and true interaction.

I’m rooting for everyone that takes a stand this year, whether by leaving or by reducing their workload and effort.

It’s not “quiet quitting” to do only your job description duties after years of going above and beyond with no reward and a lot of burn out.

So many unicorns treated as overrun horses, and they are leaving.

Knowing they have what it takes to bet on themselves.
