@AmericanAir This is the response I received after requesting a refund. I can understand wanting customers to use their tickets for a later date however if they have several flights to use by the date listed then that’s not attainable. Refunds should be offered and/or extend the timeframe.
It’s crazy how @AmericanAir refuses to offer refunds and only allows 6 months to use vouchers for any flights that have been canceled due to COVID-19. As other have experienced, I had to cancel 4 flights and have been told I have to use my vouchers by December 2020. #Disgraceful
