This is the heartbreaking situation in Zimbabwe, jobless young Zimbabwean graduates standing in a massively long queue for interviews at a local restaurant in Zimbabwe’s second-largest city, Bulawayo.
This is what we mean when we say the Zimbabwean tyrant and his regime have destroyed the economy.
This is what we mean when we say Zimbabwe’s unemployment rate is 95%.
Bulawayo used to be the industrial hub of Zimbabwe and the home of its railway company, but trains have stopped running, and factories have been converted into churches.
It is a tragic scene to witness, while the dictatorship spreads crude propaganda that everything is fine and there is no opposition to this painful reality!
All these youngsters are lining up for an opportunity to be a cashier or a cleaner, that is how Zimbabwe’s economy has sunk, university graduates desperate for a job as a cashier or cleaner!
