Ingredients

225g butter
225g demerara sugar
75g golden syrup
275g porridge oats

Melt butter sugar, syrup in a pan, then stir in oats. We threw in some sultanas too. Press into a large greased tray, bake for 30mins at 160. 😋 @sherburnhigh
