A blocked drain from the roadside has compromised our own drainage system leaving us with minimal toilet facilities. We have activated our business continuity plan & aim to rectify this swiftly with the help of the 3rd parties involved.

System still down this morning, so minor surgery clinic cancelled and rebooked. Apologies to those affected, we know how inconvenient this has been.

Due to @Microsoft ongoing problems please be aware we have been unable to process ANY repeat prescriptions or make ANY orders. This will mean at least a one day delay in your medicines being available. We have a staffing contingency for catch up next week. #BeKind

These are all prescriptions that remain uncollected even though the patient requested them on @askmygp Please don't order medication if you aren't planning on collecting it. It is such a waste of resource. 😪

We are pleased to announce that we have been allowed to provide Covid boosters on site.  Details are still being finalised but please note the following:

If you have a flu vaccine booked, PLEASE keep the appointment. We will offer you the ability to book for Covid booster after.

Aside from the financial implications to the practice, it is horrible to have to destroy wasted vaccine knowing there are unvaccinated people who would like to receive it.

We look forward to finally being able to deliver Covid vaccination on site, what we have all wanted.🥰

We would like all of our patients to be vaccinated on site. We know sometimes people go to a chemist to reduce the burden on us. Whilst we appreciate the sentiment, this makes it tricky as we have to order the vaccine stock a year in advance & estimate the numbers for vaccine.
