The maximum UTM northing for the southern hemisphere is 10,000,000 at the equator.

However, ZEC used fake coordinates with non-existent northings greater than 10,000,000.

We demand an explanation!

Out of the 10 UTM coordinates listed for Ward 21 by ZEC, only one is in Binga.

However, the remaining 9 are fake.

Eight are just off the coast of Perth, Australia, and the last one is in Antarctica.
