Massachusetts just legalized abortion UP TO BIRTH—and the Democrats clapped. 🤬

On August 10, 2026, Governor Maura Healey stood in a room full of smiling fellow Democrats and signed away the last meaningful limit on abortion in the state. With applause ringing around her, she erased Massachusetts’ 24-week restriction and replaced it with a single, chilling standard: a physician’s “professional judgment.”

That’s it. No requirement that the mother’s life be in danger. No requirement of a lethal fetal anomaly. No outside review that can stop it. From this point forward, a healthy, viable baby at 30 weeks, 35 weeks, or the day before delivery can be aborted in Massachusetts if one doctor decides it is appropriate.

The old law already allowed late abortions in tragic medical cases. Healey and her party decided even those limited guardrails were too much. So they tore them down, declared the decision belongs solely to the doctor, and celebrated it with smiles and applause.

This is not “healthcare access.” This is the deliberate removal of any legal protection for a child who could survive outside the womb. Most Americans—left, right, and center—draw a hard line against abortions this late. Massachusetts Democrats just erased that line and clapped while they did it.

A governor, surrounded by her own party, cheering the green light for abortion up to birth. That image should haunt anyone who still believes a civilized society draws some boundaries.

Judge Gail Ray’s son, Nelson Taylor (also black), pleaded guilty in 1997 to multiple forcible rapes of teenage girls.

SHE WAS HIS DEFENSE ATTORNEY.

Now she’s set to decide the fate of the black men accused of raping 19-year-old White girl Madison before she was dumped on a highway and killed.

Louisiana Supreme Court refused to remove her.

This is not a conflict of interest.

This is a disgrace.
