@crimsoncrown33 @sbbecca_00 Maybe. In 2005, Sprint offered $5/month fee to avoid roaming charge. Shortly after me & my friends' phones started roaming at home. I had to file a complaint w/ the FCC to get Sprint to fix it. I got a new phone & more evening minutes out of it. FCC may be ur answer.
