And the customer service was horrible. Basically no one could help me. I’m tired of company’s like Citi bike taking up space and not really caring about the people. It’s all about money.
@CitiBikeNYC today was my 1st & last time riding a Citibike. It took 20+ minutes to unlock my bike. Then come to find out a day pass isn’t really day pass and you have to keep returning the bike & unlocking a new one if you want to “use” it. So now I’ve paid $70 to ride 4 blocks
