After finishing my kit and talking to Coach Burgess, I realized I needed some ice breakers. Multiple reveiwers said I should have something included to help the professionals interact with students. Now, that this is completed my kit is done! (minus a few final tweaks 😅)

When I explain my solution to others, I realized many have not heard of the concept of gamification. Since I plan for it to be used at my events, I am adding an inforgraphic about it in my kit for my user. #STEMImplement #SheSTEMsFromMe @STEMcapstone

Got more great feedback from Goodyear professionals on Friday. They said I should include tools to help my audience connect with the speaker in my kit and focus more on my next steps. Can’t wait to compare these notes with my reveiwer! @STEMcapstone #STEMImplement #SheSTEMsFromMe

Even though I was not able to meet with Selena Myers due to weather, I was still given some great feedback from experts at Goodyear. Jennie Tinney and Joe Lettieri gave me some great things to think about such as

1.) Adding tools to help plan logistics such as food and location. 2.) Talk to event planners to see what issues they run into. 3.) Look into how to incorporate multiple kinds of motivation in my kit.
