@LovelandsBurner@scoutdnfl Lots of questions for Tate as he was really just a deep route guy when the main focus was on Smith. And Tyson has had bad injury history. Not hard to believe at all really. I comp’d Stribling as a more polished Metcalf & have seen that comp a lot now
@Thatonehope24@Rep_Stansbury If it’s so clear - maybe it should be in writing in the constitution instead of transcripts from the guy talking about it lol
@Thatonehope24@Rep_Stansbury foreigners & aliens
“who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers”
Again - you’ll need to change the constitution to be much more clear as this is how those upholding our laws interpret it
@Thatonehope24@Rep_Stansbury Name one case involving a birthright citizenship claim involving two illegal aliens where the child didn’t get birthright citizenship. I’ll wait. Next time maybe try to change the US Constitution the legal way
@Thatonehope24@Rep_Stansbury Yes because everyone else was already getting birthright citizenship. Lynch vs Clarke (1844). Might want to do some research before posting
Lynch vs Clarke (1844) has made birthright citizenship very clear for almost 200 years now except for African’s whom the south tried everything in their power to keep from getting citizenship & freedom
Article V Process: The Constitution can only be amended via a rigorous process requiring a two-thirds vote in both the House and Senate, or a constitutional convention called for by two-thirds of state legislatures, followed by ratification by three-fourths of the states.
