Cocoon is, without a doubt the strongest (and she did beat the other 2 in the story) because she's a 3rd gen with that extra spicy cells mixed in her frame. The cell is known information and it will be expanded in following events.

Hard to say between Leva and Helen, Leva did manage to fend off Cocoon w/o external help but Cocoon was also doing remote.

There are 2 possibilities:

1) SKK oathed a selection of dolls at the very least Soppo (I don't recall any other mentions);

2) SKK oathed EVERYONE.

Basti's words do not make option 2 more likely because again, she's not a reliable source. It doesn't rule out 2 either but we need more evidence.

@hauptkampflin1e Heart shape existed for millennia but it only solidified in medieval period when artists and scientists tried to draw the shape of a heart according to ancient scripts.

It was less about romance, in this case I'm guessing it's like a cross symbol that's meant to ward off evil.
