Veel Nederlanders met relatief kleine portefeuilles realiseren zich de #box3 risico’s nog niet. En denken dat dat de vrijstelling 57k vermogen pp blijft. De onrust gaat nog wel komen, hopen @2eKamertweets @vvd @ja21 @d66 @cda dat het dan niet te laat is. Dit is een van de meest rigoreuze wijzigingen ooit, raakt veel mensen ernstig qua koopkracht en vermogensopbouw nog even los van de risico’s van belasten ongerealiseerde winst. Een bedrijf betaald ook geen winstbelasting over de onverkochte voorraden per 1-1 en dan de gehele voorraad tegen verkoop dagkoers belasten. Pas na verkoop (uitverkoop met 40% korting —> aka beurscrash) wordt de balans opgemaakt.
