@AppleSupport I’m glad you’ve reached out to respond to my issue, I use an iPhone X and the version is 13.1.3.
The signal keeps dropping all the time ever since I’ve updated to IOS 13, it’s frustrating when someone is trying to call and the phone appears to be switched off!!
