However, why doesn't parrying reduce enemy stamina? Maybe deflecting should reward you like it does similar to the Tonfas parry....or would that be too strong ?

Finally beat this boss on the Nioh 3 demo during the stream. Feels good. That definitely was the toughest boss in the demo for me.
