Day 7 of me asking @discord @discord_support to please do their job & connect me with a human who handles appeals, safety, to have a actual human review my appeal & case rather than their automated systems. It's actually so ridiculous I finally hear back on my appeal & the decision made is obviously automated/handled by ai because my 2nd discord account that was mass reported got the same email at the same time. Also super crazy that in my support ticket where i thoroughly listed out what happened I was later told they couldn't do anything for me despite encouraging people to put in support tickets to have things corrected. This has been such a heart breaking situation and makes me not even want to use discord anymore, but that is hard because it is tied to my livelihood. It's also clear when comparing and activity on my account that day with my long standing activities on discord since making my account in 2017 would not reflect similarly if the person who temporarily compromised my account and did some malicious activity to get it suspended or if it was due to them having a way to have bots mass report it and flood your system triggering your AI to ban it. Just overall not a good look from a company who has our data and says they do things to keep us save or promote avenues for help just to result in nothing or being given empty sorrys.

@discord_support a team would look into my case & get back to me immediately to get yet another automated message of word fluff, showing clear proof my case has indeed not been looked into. It also does not help that I get one reply a day on my ticket if I am lucky. I did my due diligence & took the right steps when someone temporarily compromised my account and tried to steal it, failed to do so due to 2fa & not having the full means to take my account, so they mass reported it for a false reasoning getting it suspended because of how the AI system works....I have already appealed the suspension and created a ticket, because of the initial compromise of my account, lastly the appeal system does not allow communicating/giving reason or more details on why you appealed it just let's you click a generated option for your appeal, so the instructions given here seem outdated or incorrect of your system because I did not have all these options or steps when appealing. My account is technically disabled and in limbo, so I cannot really do much but log on and see the message shown below; which is why I added details regarding my appeal and suspension in my initial ticket. I really need an actual human staff at discord who handles these things to look at my account, my ticket/case and get this corrected immediately and see that this was just someone doing malicious intent because they couldn't have my account. This is showing extremely gross negligence on discords part and a flaw in their system that anyone even a discord partner can be wrongfully banned while those using the platform to harm others seem to walk away with no action taken on them and are able to get away with the flaw in their report system x suspension system if they know how to game it or have bots to mass report.
