In Engage, you're basically a dragon that's treated as a deity with entire religions dedicated to your race.
And this game is really playing up the god motif with its two center characters on the boxart

Ike is a weak protagonist (both in gameplay and narrative) and it would've been better if FE9 was told from Elincia's perspective instead since the story is actually about her reclaiming her kingdom. Also the racism plot is very tone deaf.
