@clairebubblepop Palestinians have a unique UN agency (UNRWA) and inherit refugee status, while Ukrainians rely on UNHCR like all other refugees.

Palestinian camps have been security flashpoints in host countries (Lebanon, Jordan, etc.), while Ukrainian refugees haven’t posed the same risks.

@AlanSea7 @CRRJA5 @soaringwaters77 They still ARE people, what a horrible thing to say. Being afflicted and affected by addiction does not rob a person of their humanity, though it puts people in dehumanizing situations… Recovery is possible, how can you say they “were” people. Shame on you.
