Hey @premierinn @WhitbreadInns remember when you said, again, that my refund had been ‘escalated further’ & refunds are taking ‘up to 10 working days’. I’ve waited, you can guess the rest.

@premierinn My refund was ‘escalated’ to your banking team on 21/10 & still nothing. You took my money in error on 31/08 & told me on 15/09 it would be max 15 working days to refund. Sick of being fobbed off or ignored @MartinSLewis@MoneySavingExp @WhitbreadInns

@SofologyHelp delivery arranged for 27/09 no delivery! No response to any of my messages emails tweets sent last week. An hour & half on phone on Friday to be told I’d be contacted within a max of 48hours

@SimonCalder Princess cruise booked through @Cruise_118 planned for 22/03 cancelled on 11/03. Cruise refund received 29/06, still awaiting flight refund from @AerLingus over 120 days later. Cruise118 advise they are waiting for AerLingus 😞
