@Crompton_India we bought a fan from you 2 months ago and one day after, a part broke. We called customer service, the service person came, checked and said that a part was required and it will come in 10 days. We agreed, but then 15 days passed and finally a month.

@HPCL i have a cylinder in Kolkata by chandrima enterprises & they are undertaking unfair practices.They say our booking gets auto cancelled & even we go to all the reason they say vehicle hasn’t come.We have even gone with our own vehicle too pick up a cylinder @jagograhakjago
