I got a delivery time of 56 minutes
After 56 minutes it showed 25 minutes then the time increased to 36 minutes

When asked to cancel the order they are applying cancellation charges on me?

Is it fair to First tell a customer to buy zomato gold, then take double the time of delivery and then charge the customer if they want to cancel because you are taking legit double time?
