next tip! if you have to end up taking a picture of an item, try to not have too much glare. this way, the customer won’t have to “hunt” through the picture to try and find what you are talking about.

next tip! the wifi in stores tends to not be too great. so you can keep your grocery run moving, turn off that wifi and use the data. you didn’t sign up for this job just so you don’t have to use your data, right?

next tip!! if your bagger ends up being very bad at grouping things together, or putting heavy items with soft items, etc. then keep extra bags in the back of your car! this way, before delivering, you can re-bag the groceries!

next tip!! take pictures! if someone tells you to leave their groceries on their porch, take a picture of them!! this way, they will know you definitely delivered them. if their groceries are not there when they get them, it is not your fault.

next tip!! wait for tips! the customer usually won’t tip you until they do your next order. this is because when they go back in the app, a pop-up comes up asking to rate you and if you would like to tip. but don’t be discouraged about tips!! people are different.

next tip! unsure of how long shopping is going to be? start with an estimate of 1-2 minute(s) per item. then, as you get better, you will be able to have a better guess on how long the order is going to take you!

next tip! we all know that when shopping @ Target, @Shipt already says what aisle the products are in. but if you are at King Soopers, download the app, and type in the product. it finds the store your in, and tells you where it is!

Next tip! Can't find something early on in a big order? Don't message the customer yet! 1) You might find the item later elsewhere in the store, or 2) There may be other items later on the list that require questions and it will be easier to ask all questions at the same time.
