@PaniKotki @K22Eloise Aphantasia and hyperphantasia have a large overlap with autism! I can't remember the actual numbers, but many people who have one or the other, also are autistic. If you previously had better mental visualization, practicing can strengthen your abilities again!

@PatblakeBlake I have neither, but I do constantly think. There's no sound to it, no picture, just kinda like a computer with speakers and monitor off. My mum used to try to make me try to practice to get the ability, but I think I like it this way better
