@IRCTCofficial how tough it is to reactivate an account? I have been reaching out to you for over 6 months to get my account reactivated, which had been blocked due to misunderstanding in TDR filing. I can't use my Aadhar for authentication on RailOne app.

@UberIN_Support after pre booking a cab for 800+INR rupee to have a hassle free travel, why does it so happen that the driver cancels the trip 5 mins prior to the pickup time, and a new driver is assigned? Its been happening since the last 2 trips with me to Kolkata airport

@IRCTCofficial my account got deactivated after a misinformed TDR claim. I have been reaching out to customer care but no avail, all I get is automated replies stating to use my registered email for raising query (which the query portal is not allowing me to do). Please assist.

@rapidobikeapp has the worst customer service available on the app. I have been trying to reach out to the customer care executive for the last half an hour and all it does is, ends with the ChatBot closing my ticket. Please let me know a way how I can raise a complaint on app
