#OlaHyperService experience. What a HyperService experience I've been facing Front Suspension oil breakage issue since past 3 months and I'm just going to service center to hear there is no stock of front suspension of Gen1 . This is what hyper Service meant to be.

@OlaElectric appointment scheduled on 5th Nov and its almost 12 days I've booked an appointment but no one contacted me . Is this the way of service you provide. Even after scheduling appointment we have to follow up and post our issues on social then only we get issue resolved.

from so many days I'm not getting enough range even tough I've complained many times service executive just visited and cleared bugs but problem not solved. You've promised to claim 135km in a single charge but I'm getting on 55-60.

@OlaElectric This is the situation of the vehicle in the middle of the road trying to start vehicle from the past 30mins even it is not starting. You guys don't even have a spare parts of the vehicle then why the hell do you run a company without a spares. It's more than 20days facing issue .

@OlaElectric Just calling isn't sufficient. Servicing the vehicle is also matters.. you just call to ask problem and tell you'll reach us later which you will never ever reach to service the vehicle

@OlaElectric @OlaElectric its been nearly 10days my vehicle hasn't been moved inspite of complaining you many times none of the service person visited to service. If your service is this worse then why are you taking customers money for care plus. Taking care plus is this waste of money.
