@DCPNewDelhi@DCPNewDelhi@DelhiPolice. I urge you to use your own brains to think for yourselves for once. Have some ounce of empathy. Aren't your children facing the same injustice?
@ECISVEEP As a citizen of India, I feel that that ECI should be more transparent. The Data is ECI data, they should be held accountable and answerable to us. @ECISVEEP is the data shown by him wrong?
@tejasmenon Absolutely loving Andor and LOVED Tales of the Jedi! I was hyped to see Live action Anakin in Kenobi, but to see the animated Anakin again was simply awesome! Also REX!!
The men harassing Hijabi girls outside their college aren't some purveyors of feminist values. Any scholar/academician trying to shift the conversation from Hijabi women's right to education, to one about "patriarchy of Hijab" etc, is being deliberately intellectually dishonest.
It's sad to see people in power using religion to aid their violence.I think, deep down every religion peaches to be good, to be kind. To have empathy. "The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed - the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress." (3/3)
This reminds of the final speech in Chaplin's Great Dictator. "We want to help one another, human beings are like that." It's very heartbreaking to read about hate. The stories are different in each book, but in the end hate feeds on innocence. (2/3)
Sister @bysurbhigupta forced me to read Curfewed Night a while ago and I just finished The Kite Runner. I don't think I'd have read them if she hadn't forced me, I'm glad she did. If she hadn't, I'd stay in my bubble of privilege and ignorance for a very long time. (1/3)
DU is opening and I'm a little scared. What if another varient pops up, students from all over the country are going to come. It can spread like wildfire.
I thought today was Monday,
feeling the dread we all do on mondays. Then pata chala ki Sunday hai. But that dread is still there. Oh! What as life become.
