Absolutely unacceptable by Flipkart. My issue has been marked as “RESOLVED” without any resolution. No return/refund provided for a DEFECTIVE product.
This is misleading and unethical.

Shocking experience with Flipkart.
Received a call from support asking me to DELETE my tweet instead of resolving the issue. Also denied responsibility for a defect product sold on their platform.This is clear harassment andunfair trade practice.
Now Flipkart support is pressuring me to delete my tweet instead of resolving my complaint.
Refusing return/refund for a DEFECTIVE AC and shifting responsibility to the brand. Completely unacceptable.
Is this how customers are treated?

Technician has already confirmed the product is DEFECTIVE. I am not willing to accept repair for a brand new AC.Kindly stop delaying and provide a clear update on return/refund.@flipkartsupport
