Despite multiple follow-ups, calls with customer care & Kakinada authorized service center manager, and sharing videos
no resolution till now,
Shared videos as well, still no response.
This is unacceptable. If not resolved immediately, I will proceed with the consumer complaint and request product replacement/refund.

Yesterday evening, while traveling from Uppal X Roads to LB Nagar, I accidentally left my earphones case on the bus after getting down. I realized this only after boarding another bus.
As promised, I reached the stop and collected my earphones case safely. His honesty, patience, and sense of responsibility truly touched me.Whether the item is small or big, the way TGSRTC staff especially Ramulu garu handled this situation shows the true spirit of public service
It is truly disheartening to witness how, year after year, the atheist LDF govt’s apathy has resulted in avoidable hardship for lakhs of Ayyappa devotees.
Pilgrims from across the nation are being put through immense difficulty due to the LDF govt’s poor preparation and mismanagement. On one hand, essential services for devotees remain inadequate; on the other, it is deeply troubling to learn that organisations such as the Ayyappa Seva Sangham, the Amritanandamayi Math, and the Subramanya Religious Trust have reportedly been restricted from offering their voluntary support.
Sabarimala is not merely a pilgrimage site; it is a spiritual anchor for millions in our country. The least a government can do is uphold its responsibility with sincerity and respect.
