Last month, innovator @AbeokutaHope, a #communitybased#mentalhealth initiative in #Nigeria, made use of the Ember Wellbeing Fund to organise a Christmas Day activity for staff, #volunteers, residents & community members.
"Accessing both services and resources, mobile phones do have the potential to bridge this gap, but there is not a universal digital experience". Regular mobile phone use is very widespread, but people with disabilities did have less access.
