You guys said that my loan request was closed on your end but I can see even after a year it is still active my CIBIL is getting affected the payment have been done a long time ago but still you guys are closing the loan.

MyCIBIL score needs correcting it is showing incorrect which is 677 as I have closed all my loan with all the EMI payments on time I have 4 loans on my account which were paid on time and my CIBIL score should be around 740
