It doesn’t really change anything about the status quo since there would still be 3 more conservative justices than liberal justices, and taking away the ability to pack the courts would only take a gun away from Dems

@lwdkfn Think an interesting rework (beyond a damage buff) could be that successful hits push the opponent back in the direction of the bolt and pins them to the wall for a certain amount of time (could scale with damage or time or just be a flat timer)
